Condos à Arrêt de tram CityPlace - Uptown

« Dora was friendly, professional, and very prompt to respond to our questions and requests. The loft was beautifully curated and spotless. Within walking distance of the fairgrounds, it was absolutely perfect for State Fair goers. Food rides: excellent! We visited Culpepper Cattle Company and Campisi’s and both were top notch. A lovely stay! »

« The property was clean and in a great location near Fair Park/Cotton Bowl. The host was friendly, although communication was occasionally delayed. For example, I asked about an additional towel for the sixth person in our group on Friday evening but did not receive a response until Saturday evening. Additionally, the bathroom hand soap was empty, and the listed check-in time was incorrect. The listing stated 2 PM, but the actual check-in time was 3 PM. Overall, this was a great place in a...

« The property is part of a wider complex that had recently experienced a significant fire with a number of the other units in the complex completely gutted and being rebuilt. The fire was not disclosed in the listing and only advised by the owner that there was construction occurring a day or two prior. When inside the property it was extremely dirty and unclean with significant layers of dust, bugs and grime on many surfaces. There was also an abundance of cobwebs, almost as if the place had...

« This place is awesome! Private parking included, modern amenities and the host, Andrew, is just a phone call away. The unit is equipped with all the amenities that you need in a home away from home. It boast a lovely flower garden with fountains and benches! We stayed for 6 days and it was a short drive to the convention center, Deep Elum, and all the city's attractions. Highly recommend! »

« Couldn't check in batteries in door were dead. No heat, they switched to chiller, ask for space heaters never got them. Sink would fill with water very slow drain. We had a roach problem. We saw three (3) I'm sure more. On the curtains, walking across countertop on our food packaging, and one on the trash can. mentioned to owner, manager all they said were sorry. Not willing to give concession. Wanted to give a future concession. Had to check bed every night and had to check clothes while...

« Thin walls, neighbors complain about very normal volume »

« We had a wonderful stay at this property! Arturo, our host, was incredibly helpful and responsive—he made sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable. We stayed with our two young kids, and the location was perfect for easily getting downtown and visiting all our favorite spots. The beds were very comfortable, and even as a ground-level unit, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was with great sound separation. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Dallas! »

« Very nice location. Very clean and nicely decorated. It has all the amenities of home. The property manager was very timely and responsive. They checked in often and addressed any concerns we had. The only negative during our stay, which was beyond their control was the road construction that affected parking. Highly recommend »

« The original location didn’t even have the hot tub as advertised. There were pictures from a whole Nother building that represented the one I say that, so it felt like false advertising. They moved me to the one that was in the pictures. The hot tub didn’t work for some of the time was cold for some of the time was murky dirty water for some of the time the room was falling apart all over the place. The heater stopped working appliances were breaking. »

« Poor layout, ac issues, lots of plumbing problems led to us not having water and having workers in the apartment half of one day. »

« Clean and organized »

« Lovely property, clean, quiet, beautiful court yard, and great location to downtown »
