« Great house with a nice location and private large parking. Very good communication with the owner, easy check in. The cottage was in great condition with a fully equipped kitchen. Cleanliness 10/10. Shops with groceries in short driving distance, lots of tourist destinations in the area with hiking possibilities. « Es ist ein wirklich schönes Haus und ein tolles Grundstück. Man hat dort seine Ruhe und im großen ganzen ist es sauber. Liebevoll eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht, Auto steht geschützt. Mängel sind, dass die dusche nicht abläuft, da das ganze Haus leichte schieflage hat. Es lagen Scherben in der ecke der Küche, im Obergeschoss waren es trotz lüften 29 grad und es ist nicht genügend platz um abends gemütlich einen film zusammen zu schauen. « Check in und Check out verliefen individuell, zügig und ohne Komplikationen. Die Wohnung liegt im Obergeschoss und verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, eine kleine Küche, ein Bad und ein extra WC sowie einen Wintergarten wo man gemütlich zusammen sitzen kann. Wir haben den Pool, den großen Garten sowie den Grill Bereich sehr genossen. Am zweiten Tag gab es sogar hausgemachten Kuchen als kleines Geschenk. Die Kommunikation verlief super auf Englisch. "Personnel d'accueil professionnel, souriant et aimable. Chambre simple, fonctionnelle et avec mini-réfrigérateur. Salle de bain neuve. Petite bouteille d'eau offerte chaque jour (merci, c'est agréable). Réservation du spa (1 h 30) : c'est agréable (vestiaire et toilettes sont prévus dans l'espace privatisé pendant 1 h 30). Petit-déjeuner sucré/salé correct. Parking à l'arrière de l'hôtel et terrasse couverte. Un peu éloigné du centre-ville, mais très bien desservi. Arrêt du tram à 5 minutes à pied. Si je repasse à Ostrava, j'y reviendrai sans hésitation."
