Another person said it had been broken for months. The blow dryer in the room was broken and the staff didn't know where a spare was kept. The coffee machine outside the breakfast area was also broken. We checked out after one night knowing that we forfeited the money paid for a second night because it was nonrefundable. "

"The staff was so kind and the room was very clean and orderly. We also loved the breakfast! However, upon arrival, the front desk staff gave us very clear rules about not smoking on the property (which we don’t smoke, so we were fine with) However, when we got to our room, it clearly smelled of cigarette smoke. We did not book a smoking room. We had two small kids and we got in extremely late. They were already asleep in the room so we didn’t request to change rooms. But the smoke smell was unfortunately very obvious. "
