Did not know how to get in. Finally got key code and it was wrong, so cleaning lady brought us a code. We got in, started looking around and bed was filthy and we pulled out couch bed and could not find the linen or pillows. Finally found them stuff away in coffee table. Biggest complaint of all was the insects. Floor had ants all over it. We had to buy some spray, but it did no good. We had to put everything up high so ants didn’t get into luggage. There was no instructions on how to use television, we ask for the manager and was told he was in out of the country getting married.
