« Had a really pleasant stay at EVEN Hotel Shanghai JinQiao. The overall experience was very positive, especially when it came to the service.
The staff were friendly, special thanks to Anne Wang (王灵芝), the Guest Service Manager, and Tendy Mo from the F&B team for being so attentive and accommodating to my requests. Their service really stood out and made the stay even more enjoyable.
The room clean and comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I’d happily stay here again. »

« This was my first time traveling abroad. Anything that i might've needed was well within walking distance. Everything was so peaceful. The hotel staff was very professional, courteous, and very patient. In my opinion, this hotel deserves more than 5 stars. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody who visits Shanghai China.
