"Second time here and likely won’t return again. We got checked into our room for our 4 day stay and while unpacking our luggage my son found a bottle of pills in the dresser. (Looked to be a cocktail of meds) took them to front desk and informed them and was told we would get free parking. Yeah great, it’s a good thing my son is smart enough to not touch things like pill bottles or this could have been catastrophic. Next morning housekeeping arrived at our room at 9:15am to perform their service ( we were just waking up) this is when I informed them that the beds and floors have ants crawling around everywhere. They switched over the bedding and the floor ants continued to march along. The waterpark was great, we did enjoy that part. We made the best of our stay but for the price and the lack of cleanliness it is definitely not going to be on the radar for us again. I highly suggest checking the room over at check in to make sure there are no hidden surprises for your children to find. "

"Came for a Saturday night mid-March, staff were really nice and accommodating, the hotel looked much better in person than the photos I saw online which was a nice surprise. Check-in was quick and the room and it's view was amazing. The bed was super soft, everything was clean and felt modern and luxurious. Great value too, will definitely stay here again!"
