« The setup was basic but served its purpose well. »

« Very clean & cozy studio, with kitchenette.Only issue we had was the hot tub was mis represented to us. The hot tub is presented as you can use it if the guests in the main house are not using it, you may then use the hot tub. After going out & purchasing suits for my husband & I. We were then notified 2 days later that we could not use it due to guests in main house only wanting to use hot tub exclusively.I believe the host should of followed her representation as what was advertised on VRBO. »

« Checked in late and the process took under two minutes. Wifi worked well to get my work done without issues. The air conditioning kept the room comfortable during warm evenings. »

« The only issue was a clogged sink in bathroom which we reported and was never taken care of until our third day. We reported it on our second day at breakfast to our waitress and she said she would take care of it. Unfortunately if she did anything we didn’t see a difference until another delightful lady came back to our room and undid the sink stopper and used a coat hangar to remove gross black crud. It was a nasty dirty job but she happily did it with a smile. My kind of worker. She was well...

« Great spot! Spent the night in Santa Fe for a show at the Opera House which is only a couple miles away from the casita. Great place for our little dog too. FYI there is a $50 pet fee ($56 after what I assume is a processing fee) which we didn’t know about until after we booked the property. We would stay here again! »

« Beautiful location and very comfortable space. Unfortunately we did not receive timely location or check in instructions from owner through VRBO. Manager was helpful but spotty phone service made it difficult. Thank goodness we were there during daylight as it would have been very difficult to locate at night. »

« It was a lovely property. Very clean and tasteful decorations! It was a little hidden but got it figured out. Parking was good. The second bed was a futon so good for kids but might be a little small for an adult! »

« Relatively clean, although the ceiling fan was covered in dust. Was not informed that this is a room in a house, yes it has a completly separate entrance but still. Overall it was quiet and a nice place to stay in Pecos. »

« We had a great time! The property was beautiful and exactly what we ended up needing. While we were in 2 of the units and had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it was a little odd that the bathrooms were inside the bedrooms. It did make it awkward for late night/early morning bathroom time….Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of the house! »
