The staff at Black Stone were amazing! Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The location is also great, especially if you want to be close to the park and enjoy going for walks. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here!

It was a great experience staying at the Blackstone. Super convenient and close to a lot of attractions. Easy access in and out. The staff were kind and very accommodating. We actually love everything about this location. Aside from having very convenient access to parks, shopping and transit, this building is fascinating and easy to spot when out and about about. The staff were wonderful and the only problem we can mention is that we don’t know when we will have a chance to return. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Blackstone. The hotel is excellent, with outstanding service. We especially appreciated their help with arranging an early check-in, which made our trip much more comfortable. The location is very central, making it easy and safe to get around and explore the area.

It was a wonderful stay. The only sad thing was the concierge lounge was closed during our stay, and we were really excited to make use of the 1600 club amenities. Overall it was a wonderful stay however.

We really enjoyed the Blackstone. Our room faced the lake and was clean, we slept on comfortable beds, loved the bathroom, and the location was perfect. We utilized public transportation during our trip and had a bus stop right outside the door on Michigan Avenue. All of our interaction with the hotel staff was exceptional. The coffee shop in the hotel also has the nicest employees and good coffee. We really enjoyed visiting them in the morning. We didn't explore the other things at the property like we wanted because we didn't have time. The ONLY drawback was the thin walls. We could hear our neighbors and everything happening on the street and there was so much going on. From shouting voices, sirens, honking, and live music, we felt like we were in the mix of it all late into the late night hours. Still highly recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect for my first time to Lollapalooza. My room was spacious and had the most magnificent view! The only thing I wished they had was a ramp at the hotel entrance instead of just a few flight of stairs. It was difficult for me to bring up my luggage up the stairs and through two doors to get to the lobby. I understand that this was a busy week for them but no one approached me to help.😩
