The toilet wasn't flushing and a plumber arrived in an hour to fix it and this was the day before Thanksgiving. Some of the appliances are old and have issues and since we were there for the holiday we needed to heat up our Thanksgiving meal and use the dishwasher. We were still able to figure it out. We loved the location as it was close proximity to Michigan Ave and yet it felt like home. Would recommend for anyone wanting the classic Chicago experience. ##### Tara I. Getting to the location was very easy and the neighborhood is very nice, everything is within walking distance almost depending on what you wanna do, in my opinion the building is extremely safe! The only thing is that the living room is missing a couple of lounge pieces, but that is it.
