"Everything was great "

"There was no pool or gym as advertised online. They were out of order. I didn’t know until I was there to check in. Also the Continental breakfast was very disappointing. No juice, no consistency In refilling the hot food. Some days there wasn’t any breakfast at all. Some days the breakfast was put away before it was supposed to end and or late getting set up. Blinds were broken I the room and the security latch was broken off of the door. The cleaning staff were very helpful and accommodating. They were the highlight of the stay. Two of the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful as well. The other two not so much. Overall I would rate the whole experience at 2.5 stars. Definitely lots of room for improvement especially in the customer service department. Oh and one more thing…. They charge a $25 dollar per night incidental fee which you know nothing about until you check in. So if you stay 10 days you have to pay an additional $250 with your credit card that can take up to 2-5 business days to be put back on your card after checking out! "

"Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, fresh made waffles, fruits, yogurt, cereals, coffee/teas/juices. Pool and hot tub were open the whole time we stayed and people enjoyed them everyday. We had to have room switched twice while there but staff handled it well both times, one was the fault of the guest in the room above me. Things tend to go wrong from time to time but they handled it quickly and that was appreciated. Rooms were clean and stocked appropriately. Suites have two beds and a pull out couch making it a great choice for families or larger groups. In the lobby there is a little area with food and drinks for convenience. Hotel is near a lot of restaurants, shopping areas and a movie theater. "

"The staff was terrific. The room was awful. The tv didn’t work, the bathroom faucet was broken, the toilet ran the entire time, the sliding glass door wasn’t safe. The hallway smelled and the room smelled like cigarette smoke. The breakfast was not very appealing and the coffee was cold or not any at all "
