"Negatives The rental is on first floor of a large house tenants live on the ground floor you just need to be aware of this which is not clear upon first review The major problem is the accommodation is old and tired and requires major update. In particular the bed mattresses are awful. To the extent that after a few days all of the family were complaining of aches and not enjoying a good nights sleep. "Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans notre location. Très bien pour 2 ou 3 personnes. Malgré la proximité d'un autre logement, il n'y a pas de vis à vis. Piscine suffisamment grande pour les 2 logements. Nous avons apprécié les conseils du propriétaire pour des circuits et sites à visiter. Je recommanderais avec plaisir cette location."

"This was a fantastic experience. The site of L'Allee des Dunes is in a beautiful location near the sea and in the forest. There are 3 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts on site. Soccer Court & basketball facilities and mini golf close by. Cycling paths through the forest nearby. The apartment was very well equipped, very clean and well layed out. Plenty of restaurants close by. We had a wonderful Holiday in a wonderful place. We'll be back."

"Really helpful staff, we loved the pool and the location! Although the apartments were basic they were clean and well equipped! Nice touch having ice made in the freezer! Appreciated the fan as no air con and the clothes rack to dry out swimwear on was handy! Only one lift working so a bit of a wait at times and we did hear a lot of noise from the family above which was a little annoying! "

"Property is very convenient, clean, quiet and comfortable. The only problem was determining whether we had prepaid breakfast included in our booking. We were initially told we had breakfast but at checkout was told we did not and had to pay for breakfasts. If known in advance, we would have opted out and had coffee and pastries nearby for 1/3 the cost"
