« The rooms have been nicely renovated but the outside and office are old and need a face lift as well. The TV would only turn on and the guide and menu buttons wouldn’t work so we couldn’t change channels, stream, etc. When we were out of coffee, there was none available in the supply room and after calling and requesting some, it was never provided so we left our room. Customer service was not good and no one was available on the property. »

« Indicated Breakfast was available on website. Discovered that was not reality. We had to go elsewhere because breakfast was just some bread to make toast, cereal and coffee. Staff indicated muffins were normally there but out of them by the time we went to breakfast. This is not what we were used to seeing at other stays in different hotels such as Comfort Inns. »

« Was not what was advertised. Ended up paying for a place we didn’t stay. We spent less than 2 hours there. Couches were covered in dog hair, place is not “secluded”, it’s in a neighborhood that isn’t very attractive and fire pit is in the front yard. Very disappointing. »
