« Was not what was advertised. Ended up paying for a place we didn’t stay. We spent less than 2 hours there. Couches were covered in dog hair, place is not “secluded”, it’s in a neighborhood that isn’t very attractive and fire pit is in the front yard. Very disappointing. »

« Great stay in a perfect location. Separate enough to feel like you have your own space, but you have easy walking access to anywhere in downtown Eureka Springs. I didn't have to use my car (which had super-convenient reserved parking) one time once I got settled. The studio's A/C worked wonderfully, and the space was spacious and cozy. Would definitely stay again! »

« Loved the cabin, loved the location! Parking was a little challenging some days but not something that could be avoided with all the guests. We would definitely be return customers. The hosts were very accommodating. Excellent customer service. The cabin was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans and all the bath towels you would need. Restocking was a breeze. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone. »

I did have some issues checking in, but that was because the instructions went to the wrong email. No fault of theirs. The host was great, but the person she referred me to speak to seemed very annoyed with me. I felt like I was interrupting her day with my questions about check in. Altogether, it was a good experience. »

« My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon visit to Eureka Springs. We Loved the cabin! The cabin was clean and cozy. It is secluded and, being on Lake Lucerne, was so peaceful!
