« The breakfast was horrible. Thank God for cereal and oatmeal. The WIFI was so slow it kept kicking my devices to my Hotspot. The first room they gave us wouldn't unlock, like the deadbolt was locked. We could hear movement in the room. All of the trashcans in public areas were running over. The hotel was being remodeled. Some issues I can understand. The staff, except for front desk, we're super friendly and helpful. The staff ,including the kitchen, we're doing the best with what they had. »

« Stayed 2 nights, and room was never cleaned after first night nor was trash emptied. Breakfast was terrible and cold! »

« We stayed at the sure stay 4 nights while we explored the New River Gorge and Monongahela forest. Location was about 30 mins or so from the gorge, but a lot of close by state parks and beautiful scenery to access easily. Hotel is right by the beautiful Summersville lake as well. Hotel is small, quaint. A little outdated on the outside. But the rooms were nice and clean. We stayed in the king size bed room and bed was super comfy and offered a good night's sleep. Shower was good. Breakfast...

« What a great hostel!! The building is so great with wonderful architectural touches. Grounds are beautiful with picnic tables and a fire pit area. We stayed in the Cloud suite - which was the entire 3rd floor with private bath and kitchenette. Very spacious and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend! »

« The room was clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was low, and I think the fan in the bathroom had a drip. I wish the breakfast would have been more diabetic friendly, but there was a store right next door so that helped. It's nice enough that they make breakfast available to their guests. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and that is more important to me than a couple minor inconveniences. »

« A great choice for a quick overnight while passing through. I’ve ended up at some questionable ones before but will definitely keep this one in mind for future trips. »
