"I quite enjoyed my stay at the Mountaineer Inn. I went for Lurch Fest (in August), a fest for Philippi native Ted Cassidy, tv’s original Lurch. "This was our 3rd year at this cabin and it was wonderful as always. We mostly enjoyed the deck, creek and hot tub. Tue seclusion is just what we needed ro unwind. The host is super responsive. We will be back again next year!"
