"Parking was close and easily accessible. The hotel lobby was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. Unfortunately, from there, the situation deteriorated dramatically. We were located in a unit that was quite far away, and the path was very convoluted and poorly marked. As the day ended, the path became treacherously difficult to negotiate, especially for an elderly family member. This was largely due to the lack of lighting in the pathways that we had to travel to reach our unit. To my chagrin, paths that led to other units were well lit. The room was adequate, but given the premium rate, I expected better. Also, the ceiling design of the room had a recessed perimeter around the room that seemed to be a refuge for the many insects found in Ularu."
