Spread over two floors, it features a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to seven guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (also suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. A cot is available upon request. The highlight of this accommodation is the private outdoor area, featuring both an open and a covered terrace, each offering spectacular sea views. The train station is about a 15-minute walk away, and the bus stop is just 100 meters from the building. For parking, you have one parking space inside the property and free street parking available. Pets and parties are not allowed, and you are asked to keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 p.m. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. The property also provides guidelines for proper waste separation; further information is available on site. Check-in after 8:00 p.m. is available for an extra fee. The property itself and especially the kitchen and storage spaces were chaotic and not clean. Before cooking we had to examine and clean whatever we used. He uses a cleaning service and they may not look at the dishes or take care of the chaos which is unfortunate. The apartment is spacious, in a well maintained building. It is possible to walk into the old town for the shops and restaurants. It is uphill on the return, but not too hard. It is worth the walk because of the view from the apartment. There are lots of pots and pans, perhaps too many, but only one wine glass. Fantastic views of Cefalu. Location is a bit tough because we hired a taxi to take us to dinner. Each way was 15 euros. But overall its a trade off between being in town or having the views. Great 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom place with truly amazing views and a really nice host! We coordinated with the host to park the car when we arrived and left it. Walked to town and down to the beach and back - a bit hilly walk back up but only about 10 mins to town and 20 mins total if you carry on down to beach. If don’t mind a little walk it’s truly a perfect place to enjoy Cefalu. Do not miss a sunset cocktail on this patio. Pizzeria Giortondo (opposite direction from town) is very close (maybe 4-5 mins walk) and was terrific. Nice roof deck, tasty pizza, very friendly ##### Mike S.
