Located in a lively area close to shops and restaurants, the studio is ideal for a relaxing seaside escape. The studio features a double bed and a double sofa bed in the open-plan living area. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and essential utensils. Guests can enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a fan for added comfort. An elevator provides easy access to the upper floor, and the studio includes an iron and a bathroom with a shower. Pets are welcome upon request, and the property is well connected to local attractions such as Peralada Golf (16 km), Figueres AVE/TGV station (20 km), and Girona Airport (65 km).
