The only complaint I have was that I was charged $75 extra dollars for my dog and even though the room was clean surfaces and all, it smelled of urine from the carpeting. As it was late and I was tired, I didn’t ask to change rooms. I feel like I deserve at least a partial refund of my $75 pet fee. "

"The staff member I did meet was very sweet. Unfortunately, the room condition was not good. The floors appeared not to swept and there were multiple cigarette burns on the blanket. I requested another room, which was not the best either. Ultimately, we decided not to stay there. After speaking with hotels.com and the hotel management, the issue was resolved. "
