Escape to paradise in this coastal pet friendly Villa featuring stunning Heated Pool and Water Views! Villa Cape Paradise will leave you savoring all that Southwest Florida has to offer. Offering a great outdoor entertaining space with TV, kayaks, and a game room in the garage- you and your guests will be living in the lap of luxury! This 3 Bedroom – 2 Bathroom villa boasts just over 1800 sq ft of natural lighting and sliding glass doors, jacuzzi tub with sleeping capabilities for 8!

Upon entry into this beautiful home, guests will fall in love with the living space. Throughout the home, guests will find touches of blue and coastal décor that remind guests they are truly in Cape Coral Paradise. In the living room guests will find plenty of seating as well as a Smart TV which is perfect for watching their favorite movies and TV shows. In the kitchen guests will find all they need to cook their favorite meals including stainless steel appliances, toaster, coffee maker, utensils and more!

In the master bedroom, guests will find a spacious King size bed that will have guests believing they are sleeping on a cloud! The master bedroom also features a large flat screen TV, a large and luxurious ensuite, and direct pool access. In the other 2 bedrooms, guests will find a queen size bed and 2 twins. Both the guests' rooms also feature TVs. There is also a Queen size sleep sofa in the living room allowing this home to easily sleep 8 in comfort!

In the garage, guests will find the game room of their dreams. This includes an air hockey table, fuse ball table, electric fireplace, board games and another Flat Screen TV.

While the garage is guests dream game room, the backyard is guests dream entertainment space! Outside guests will find a covered lanai with ceiling fans and an outdoor dining table and Flat screen TV. Right next to the beautiful lanai space is a spacious heated pool. This pool is perfect for swimming laps, floating around, or playing games. When done with the pool, guests can lay out on sun loungers. In the backyard, guests will also be able to enjoy the views of the canal. Guests are invited to explore the canal with the provided kayaks. Out in the canal, guests will have the chance to fish and spot Southwest Florida's wildlife.

Poorly managed home

We stayed at Villa Cape Paradise 1/25/23 to 2/21/23 and encountered difficulty right from the start. As soon as we arrived on Wednesday, we saw that the floors of the home were not clean, the sprinklers had been running for hours, and most importantly to us for our vacation, the pool filter was not running, the pool was dirty, and the water was cold. It was obvious that the pool hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. After continuing to call Roelens to try to get pool pump fixed, we escalated our frustration and finally went to their office on Friday. That visit resulted in action finally being taken and the pool pump was replaced on Saturday. The problem now was the pool still needed to be cleaned and heated. It wasn’t until Monday afternoon when a pool company came out and cleaned the pool. We specifically booked this home because Roelens advertised there was a heated pool. We spent the first 5 days of our stay trying to get the pool in working order. We stayed in contact with Roelens trying to address the other issues at the home. They sent an account manager out to the house who took notes and promised to get back to us but we never heard from her again. Roelens did offer us a $500 credit to compensate for the problem with the pool, however, they required that we sign a waiver agreeing not to pursue any further relief, including not writing any reviews on VRBO or contacting the BBB. This is a devious way of doing business, trying avoid truthful reviews.

Quiet & Private Home

We loved the pool and waterfall feature. We also loved the functional layout of the home. It was just enough room for us and it was nicely decorated. We loved the east/morning sun which lasted until closet to 3PM. It was also near many restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend!

RELAXING STAY

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It suited our needs quite well for our group of friends. The game room was a nice option. The outdoor table & pool area were our favorite part of the home. Everything was clean & ready for us to relax.

Awesome place to stay.

I would highly recommend this home. Great place to stay, felt like home to me and my family while we stayed there. Pool was nice and warm for the kids to swim in and the house is beautiful inside and out.
