Villa Bay Vista was so wonderful! We stayed a week in May 2026. This is a beautiful home inside and out!! It was clean, comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Highlights: The location was fantastic - very centrally located; gorgeous views of the canal; great pool & hot tub; well stocked kitchen (we actually baked a cake from scratch); kayaks were great. The house had wonderful books, games and giant TV’s in case you get stuck inside. We had so much fun and made wonderful memories with our kids and grandkids.

Perfect vacation home.

The owners of this home have left nothing unthought of. The house is perfect vacation rental. We had a total of 6 guests in the home for a 7 day vacation and everything was perfect. I highly recommend renting this home you are looking for a quiet home away from home vacation. It is a short drive to both Sanibel Island and Fort Myers.

The house was great, clean, it was everything we hoped for, we had a issue with the wifi it took 2 days to figure it out because nobody call me back, the password was incorrect on out house book, other than that it was a 20 out of 10 stay and i want to come back already!

"PERFECT STAY IN CAPE CORAL"

Very minor detail with the pool on arrival that was quickly straightened out. The home was perfect!!! Plenty of space, beds, tv's. Every amenity you could ask for. This home missed nothing at all. Great water view, perfection surrounding the pool. Great Mother's day dinner on the outside dining area. If you want perfection this is as close as you'll get. We have stayed in quite a few vrbo's and this one tops the list. We loved this home!!!! We will look to come back, HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Cape Coral stunner.....

No heated pool

I am very disappointed that the pool was not heated that’s one reason we took this property- kids were very upset- they left on Wednesday so we just had the three of us for most of the stay- would not stay there again

Our stay with Friends

We loved Villa Bay Vista house. The house was comfortable with lots of seating while watching sports. We did use the dining room one night. We’re all seniors that were on the trip. We made the bed situation work although, at our ages it’s nice to have our own bed !! We’ll definitely look to VRBO in the future as we have been going down to Florida for over 40 years. Thanks, Mike
