  • Cette maison décorée avec goût est située au bord d'un canal donnant accès au golfe, dans le sud-est paisible de Cape Coral, et vous offre une ambiance détendue et chaleureuse pour vos vacances. La piscine et la véranda sont orientées vers le sud et offrent aux amateurs de bronzage des conditions idéales pour obtenir le teint hâlé tropical de leurs rêves, tout en admirant les couchers de soleil colorés de Floride.



    La piscine d'eau de mer chauffée électriquement vous permet de profiter pleinement du soleil, quelle que soit la température. Profitez de vos repas en plein air dans le coin repas pouvant accueillir huit personnes tout en préparant vos grillades. Vous pouvez à tout moment vous rendre sur le ponton pour vous essayer à la pêche ou simplement déguster un cocktail en admirant les couchers de soleil. Cette villa est idéalement située à proximité de nombreux centres commerciaux, supermarchés et restaurants, dont certains sont même accessibles à pied.



    La maison est entièrement meublée et dispose de toutes les commodités dont vous avez besoin pour passer des vacances en toute sérénité. This was a great house to stay in with our family due to the layout of the house as well as the private pool. We spent a majority of time in the house and had enough space!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We spent nearly every waking moment on the lanai or in the pool and always felt safe and comfortable.

Perfect winter getaway

The house had all the accommodations we needed to feel like a home away from home. The pool was a big hit. A great place to relax and enjoy time together. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. A perfect getaway.

Beautiful, super clean property that met all of our expectations . Alysha was great to work with. Amazing pool area. I have been renting houses using VRBO for almost 10 years and this house is overall one of the best we have stayed at…I highly recommended it and plan on returning in the future.

Check in was a breeze..good communication from the company..house was spotless ..pool area and views were fantastic ..beds comfortable..everything was provided for a stay .nothing was left short . We did have a problem with air con not running cool enough but they fixed this issue with in hours ( needed a service ) and was then excellent. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if we needed for a future vacation . Overall the house was amazing and much larger than pictures showed . Fantastic stay

Cape vacay

It was so relaxing and the house was perfect! It rained for the first 3 days but even with staying in, we had so much fun. From the games to the shopping, everything was near by. We even went to the beach and that to was very nice. Not a lot of people were around which made it even nicer.

So wie das Haus beschrieben wurde haben wir es auch vorgefunden , Das Haus war sauber und der Pool wurde einmal die Woche gereinigt. In der Nähe alles was man benötigt zum einkaufen , essen gehen und Schoppen. Sehr gute Lage und bei Fragen an Suelarsonrentals.com gibt es prompt eine Antwort. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

clean, comfortable and gorgeous!

we had such a great time at our stay! we enjoyed a week of the pool and beaches! the weather was beautiful and the pool was so nice. the house was very spacious and well stocked for our family of 4. we absolutely loved being able to sit outside in the evenings and watch the bruins playoffs!! i highly recommend this property! i am confident we will be back!! 😍

The home is beautiful. We had a couple of small issues at arrival. Property manager immediately resolved them. Beautiful view of the canal and home has all the amenities you need.

Amazing property

We stayed for 6 days at this beautiful home and cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. The house was meticulous and the pool was beautiful. You get to see the sunrise and sunset from the backyard. Everything you need is in this spacious home. Especially loved swimming in the pool at night watching TV. So thrilled we picked a winner!

Beautiful canal front home!

This property was outstanding. We were immediately impressed at how clean the house was upon entry. All of the amenities are top notch. We made use of the complimentary bikes and kayaks. The neighborhood is quiet from traffic and has a bike lane on the street that leads down to a town park and boat launch directly to the river. The pool was wonderful and the beds were comfortable. This would be a great house for a few couples or a family with kids. We really appreciated all the included soaps, detergents and necessary supplies.
