This villa will have you relaxed and ready to start your vacation, from the moment you enter through the beautiful front door. With an open layout, Heated Saltwater pool, kayaks, Foosball and even baby gear for the little one, this is perfect for all! With over 2,200 square feet, this 4 bedroom, 2-bathroom villa with whole home solar electricity is perfect for many hours of restful, fun & memorable moments with your family. The perfect oasis to hang out, get away and relax, the floor plan screams vacation comforts with natural lighting throughout due to the many windows and large sliding glass doors. The scene as you enter through the double glass front doors will leave you wanting a longer vacation. In the front sitting room you will find a cozy sectional facing the large sliding glass doors so you can enjoy gorgeous views of the pool while watching your favorite movie or TV show on the Smart TV. Another living room in the home gives guests more options for where they would like to sit, relax, and watch their favorite shows. In the kitchen, you and your guests will be able to cook your favorite meal in luxury. All you need is available to you including a toaster, coffee maker, and all the kitchen essentials. In the master bedroom, you will find a comfortable King size bed to relax on. This stunning room also features its own flat screen TV, direct access to the lanai, and a stunning ensuite bathroom. I would rate this property about a 3.5 compared to most we rent. We are very picky, cleanliness is our top priority. The property is clean. There are many other things that I’d point out which led to my rating. The home is dated, the master bathroom is definitely not what I would have expected. The shower is a very small, old, walk in with a cloth curtain. There are any traps in the bathroom floor. VRBO listed the property as having more beds than it has (said one had a king & 2 twins where the room only had 2 twins & was too small to even fit a king; it listed another as having 2 queens. There were no queen beds in this home). Numerous outlets in the home don’t work; one bedroom lamp didn’t even have a bulb in it. None of the clocks provided worked. A gas grill & fire pit are highlighted in the listing, yet the gas to run these isn’t provided. When I reached out to property mgr, they said that was the renter’s responsibility. I’ve rented so many homes with the same features & have never had this experience! There was a “starter kit” which provided 1 travel size bathwash/shampoo/lotion. One bottle of these for a home that fits 8 adults! There was 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom with no extra. No garbage bags were provided. Upon taking our first shower, the hot water tank in the garage started leaking a lot. I contacted the manager said they’d send someone out the next day, we never heard from them the entire stay!
