ABOUT THE HOUSE

Make a splash in your private screened pool with solar heating that overlooks the canal. Unwind in a poolside lounge chair, then fire up the BBQ grill for a tasty alfresco meal around the patio table.

Natural light pours into an open living space with tiled floors and a relaxed, tropical vibe. A cream sofa, love seat, and matching armchair offer comfortable seating in front of a 52” TV.

A second living area offers a private space for reading and relaxing with a queen sleeper sofa and two wicker seats.

Share meals around a dining table with eight coastal blue chairs.

Wood cabinetry and appliances are found in the well-equipped kitchen. There’s plenty of room to stash vacation goodies in the French-door refrigerator.

When you turn in for the night, you’ll find sleeping space for six guests.

Seashell-themed bedding outfits the king bed in the master bedroom with a 32” TV and en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom features a queen bed, while a third bedroom offers a queen bed and a beautiful view overlooking the pool and canal.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for four cars between the driveway and garage are provided. Please note that large vehicles including 18-wheelers are not permitted in the driveway per local ordinance.

Drive 10 minutes to watch the yachts glide in to Tarpon Point Marina, then grab lunch beside the marina at Nauti Mermaid Dockside Bar & Grill. You’ll find several other restaurants less than 10 minutes away. The Marina Club Restaurant specializes in Argentinian cuisine, while Rumrunners is your go-to option for surf ’n turf classics.

Stock up on groceries at Publix -- a 2-minute drive. For a day beside the waves, hop in the car and head to Fort Myers Beach, or cross the water to the dreamy shores of Sanibel Island -- both are within a 30-minute drive. If you’re bringing the kids, a day at Sun Splash Family Waterpark (14-minute drive) will put big smiles on little faces.

Nice trip
This was a good property that provided a comfortable base for a trip with 3 female friends. The common areas were great, along with the outdoor lanai. It’s a little frustrating to have to pay extra for “solar heating” for the pool, however. And the property needs a little more upkeep. But all in all, it was a good place to stay from which to explore the Ft. Myers area. If you stay here, don’t miss Lobster Lady, both for a dine-in experience, takeout and purchase of an excellent selection of fish.

WE LOVED the screened in pool & patio area, the new grill, large dining room table for games & meals. WE DID NOT LIKE no HD TV, no grill brush, no sponges, no hand soap, no night lights. knives need sharpening, front bedroom dresser has 4 drawer fronts but only one drawer, front door latch sticks, circuit breaker tripped for whole back wall & outdoor outlets including pool solar heater.

Great views and location!!
Our family really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful canal front property. The cleanliness of the property was immaculate. My kids enjoyed the pool and fishing from the dock every day! We found it hard to leave the relaxing atmosphere and the neighborhood is really quiet. Highly recommend staying here, as we will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our time in Cape Coral. The house was comfortable and roomy. The lanai and pool area was very nice with a beautiful and relaxing view. We had a tile issue and Turnkey was very prompt to fix it. The area was great for walking and biking.

Winter escape
This was our second year at this location. Once again, we found it ideal for two couples, plenty of space to give everyone privacy when needed. The pool area and patio gave us the opportunity to enjoy the warm Florida weather that we came down here for. No surprises, exactly what was shown in the photos. Grocery stores and restaurants are quite accessible from this location The parks at the end of Pelican Blvd were an extra bonus
