"It smelled unpleasant but we were tired and it was late. We just sprayed air neutralizer and it worked until we fell asleep. It was not a good smell at all."

"The hotel was very nice, and the room was big and comfortable. Check in and check out were fast, and there was a big parking lot in front of the hotel. There is a small pool and gym, and fresh coffee at any time. The breakfast was very good with good selections and employees keeping everything stocked. The only bad thing was the noise level due to many kids staying at the hotel in one of the nights. It's not the hotel's fault for disrespectful guests, but maybe they could've put the kids in one section."

"Pool and laundry facilities as advertised on their site were not available. Pool down for renovation. Washer/dryer non-existant. Rooms dated needed refurbishing. Tub rusted, mold on floor, handle on toilet needed jiggling to stop constant running, walls needed washing or painting. Furniture old and we'll used, should be replaced. Breakfast unexceptional though sausages and orange juice were good. Not worth the price paid for 2 day stay."

"You have a lovely property close to nature, but if you need convenience for food, you’d be better off staying in Chéticamp’s main area. It’s about 43 kilometres away, and we arrived around 7:15 p.m. Unfortunately, they stopped taking dining orders by then, so I had to drive back and forth to Chéticamp to have dinner with my family. It was quite a hassle. If you have a family, I’d advise against staying here. Next time, I’ll stay in Chéticamp, where there are many great seafood restaurants. Besides that, the property itself was quite nice; I’ll definitely give them a thumbs up."

"The room was clean and maintained with a comfortable bed. Front deskdesk staff were helpful and courteous. It was expensive for what we got after a couple weeks of travelling and having breakfast included it was a surprise that breakfast wasn’t included, and the room itself was quite a bit higher than what we had been paying."

"Everything was OK, it was just a little more basic than what we were expecting. The room was big and had a front deck. Limited Choices of television channels to watch, and the Wi-Fi signal weak. The breakfast that was included was hard for a gluten-free person. the bacon and eggs came I think frozen and then microwaved and the cereal was limited with no other options for gluten-free eating, which was a bit of a disappointment"
