"Two words - no elevator. Grumpy desk clerk made no attempt to try to get or offer us (an elderly couple) a 1st floor room.. The free breakfast was poor with a toaster to heat up frozen waffles or precooked French toast. On the plus side there is plenty of parking and an affiliated restaurant across the parking lot. I won’t go back."

They have a hot tub, a sauna and steam room, and also have a full hot breakfast - very unusual these days. The front desk is always accommodating if I want to swap rooms."
