"Our two night stay at Bryce Bed and Breakfast was wonderful. We enjoyed staying in Tropic just outside Bryce National Park The ride to Bryce was short and the B&B is in a quiet neighborhood, which was a welcome retreat after a day of hiking. The morning breakfast was eggs Benedict bacon with delicious pastry the coffee was perfect and there was plenty of fruit and juice to choose from. "Property is at an excellent location. Very close to Bryce Canyon and loved taking the shuttle into the park. The rooms could use an upgrade. While clean, the smell of deodorants was almost overwhelming. The restaurant and other stores were very convenient and nice"

"Pros: Very near Kodachrome Basin State Park and not far from Bryce Canyon National Park, the room was clean and spacious, the property is peaceful and quiet. The lady that helped us get checked in was very kind. I enjoyed my stay and I would recommend this property. Cons: The cell phone service is not great, but that's not their fault. The signage needs improving, in that there is no large sign at the side of the highway directly at the turnoff/driveway that says "Bryce Park Place." In fact, we ended up driving past it and having to backtrack. There's also a little confusion because it was listed as being in Cannonville but I believe the address is in Holm?"

"Great location for visiting Bryce Canyon. Our cabin was clean and a good size for two. The cabin is a little worn and dated. The bed was too soft for our taste. The lighting in the cabin needs to be improved for guest comfort. The first night the internet speed was slow and frustrating but the second night it was fast, Our refrigerator froze all the food we were traveling with and they didn’t know how to fix it. The adjacent restaurant was convenient after a long in the park and we enjoyed the food. Felt like maybe the hotel has new owners who are trying to figure it out, so added a star to give some grace. The pool and hot tub were comfortable."

"Excellent place to stay for a larger party! Not far from Bryce Canyon and Escalante. They had everything we needed and more! Nice quiet area with easy street parking and fun restaurants nearby."
