Perfect location
The apartment is in a perfect location. It was clean and very pleasant to stay in. Lovely just to sit on the balcony overlooking the beach and the sea watching the world go by. We will definitely return.

A lovely stay
The apartment is cute and in a lovely area. Easy access to the Croisette and the marina, but also just far enough away to be comfortable and quiet in the evenings. The appliances in the flat work well, the small fridge and working range made cooking easy. Will definitely try and book the same space next year.

The location is superb. It is within a walking distance to most important places in Cannes including the beach. The apartment is good size for a couple. The appliances are very modern and up-to-date.

Wonderful - Exquisite - Heaven on Earth
I love this place, my only regret being I cannot stay longer. The breathtaking ocean views, sunsets are beautiful, hearing the ocean waves. All the restaurants downstairs are just fabulous, close to everything (a few minutes walk to downtown). It was clean, impeccable host really caring, quite building. all needed amenities worked better than at home. I mean I really loved it here. Fortunate those that will exerience it too.

A cosy little place a few minutes walk from the old port. Beach right across the street and plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Perfect for the two of us, we had a great week. Good value for money

Excellent Location
Property was next to the beach and very close to Cannes old town, so everything was walkable. Property is small as expected but the kitchen and bathroom were obvious upgrades, with the remaining furniture fairly dated but functional. The only challenge was the confusion related to check-in as the owner had incorrectly assumed we were arriving the next day and we had no way of contacting her other than by email which she unfortunately did not read at the time . We were lucky enough to find a neighbour who had the owner's telephone number after which the issue was quickly and amicably resolved - although standing on the street for 1.5 hours with our luggage with no clear solution was concerning. Overall however a very enjoyable experience.

Wonderful location with beautiful views
This is our second time at the property and it never disappoints! The location couldn't be more perfect and what's not to love about a terrace with a beachfront view! Conveniently located by some of the best restaurants and beach clubs, as well as the Palais. Catherine and Patricia are wonderful hosts and property managers. Looking forward to our visit again next year!

Lovely stay!
Our second stay in this very nice apartment. Very close to beach, bars and restaurants. It was unusually hot when we there but good air conditioning in the bedroom. Hopefully stay again sometime!

Great place to say in Cannes
Thank you Catherine for letting us stay in your apartment . This is a great place, in the best location, cross the street from a sandy beach in the nice side of Cannes . The space was clean and amazing as advertise.I highly recommend it and I will definately go back again!

The apartment is actually better than the photos as the bedroom has secondary glazing which reduces any road traffic noise at night. Its location is perfect - a lovely 10 min walk along the beach front and along the side of the marina into the main square in front of the Hotel de Ville - Le Suquet old town is immediately behind. For 2 the apartment is an ideal size - both the kitchen and en-suite shower room look brand new. Sophie keeps the apartment in spotless condition and provides a warm welcome . Wonderful apartment
The apartment is wonderful, directly across from the sandy beach and private beaches if that is what you are looking for. Lots of restaurants in the local area and short walk to the old town and Cannes market. New kitchen and large bathroom. Check in and check out were a breeze.

Cannes is beautiful!
Excellently located on the beach, Le Suquet was a perfect place for us to experience Cannes for the first time. Close enough to all of the wonderful action of downtown yet just far enough away so that the nights were peaceful. We could even easily enjoy a refreshing late evening dip in the sea! The cool, air conditioned home made this a retreat to come home to and rest our tired feet. Having a balcony to enjoy our breakfast on while watching the activity of sailboats and yachts and cruise ships provided lovely morning entertainment. Everything about the home was as shown on the website. The property is very secure. Neighbours were quiet. We will recommend this home to others, and hope to be able to stay again some day.

Wonderful Cannes apt with a view!
We spent a lovely week in the apartment exploring Cannes. It's within walking distance of the marina, tons of restaurants, a wonderful market, and the Palais des Festivales. But the best part was having the beach just 20 steps away!

Great stay
The apartment is as pictured and the view from the terrace is even better than depicted. The renovations in the kitchen and master bath are a nice touch and the shower is extra large. The bedroom and living room are cozy, but plenty of room for the two of us. The location is convenient to old cannes, palais and the marina. Catherine and her local property manager were very accommodating and allowed us to check-in early from our redeye flight. The only reason it's not a 5-star review is that the WIFI was out for the week (despite the cable company trying to fix it) and we incurred substantial data fees on our mobile bills, since we were both there for business.

Lovely Ocean View Apt
We loved our stay at this apartment, great amenities. Perfect for two people. The ocean view is spectacular and you can hear the waves throughout the day. It is located in a wonderful area with plenty of restaurants, walking distance to markets and shops. The property and on site manager were very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Catherine's Apartment is stunning! I've stayed multiple times in the past and would do so again in a heart beat. The newly renovated kitchen has everything you would need to make a home cooked meal. The balcony facing the sea is the perfect place to watch the incredible sunsets over the mountains while enjoying a glass of Rose after a long day. The apartment it's self is located in a quiet building with easy access to beach clubs across the street and a great selections of restaurants line the street below. It's a 10-15 min. walk to the Palais or anything else in city center. Check in and out was a breeze and communication prior to the trip and during was always responded to quickly.

This is the second year I have stayed in this apartment and I appreciated it even more this time. It has a nice fresh light and airy feel with a newly fitted modern kitchen area leading on to a comfortable sitting area . It has a good sized double bedroom leading on to a good sized bathroom with a great shower. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need . The double balcony is a real bonus and where you can sit and have breakfast /coffee and just watch the world go by. It is only a few minutes walk form the harbour area and really well placed for the old town and it is in a perfect position to take advantage of the beaches nearby. There are a selection of local bars and restaurants and beach cafes within a couple of minutes walk. The owner was very helpful and checking in and out could not have been easier and I was made very welcome by the local representative who was very helpful . I will be booking again next year and I am looking forward to my next stay there already!
