Welcome to our stunning three-bedroom penthouse suite with jaw-dropping views from your private six-person hot tub.

This is one of five Penthouse Suites that we own and operate on the same floor of the same building. Please see all of them for options or if you are travelling with friends and need additional room.

The Space

Two Story Penthouse loft with 1722 sq. ft. of living space inside and a large deck with outdoor living space and 6-person hot tub.

The suite boasts a spacious upstairs master bedroom with walk-in closet, large bathroom and King sized bed. The main floor bedroom comes with a King size bed that can be split into two twin beds upon request (Please give 48 hours notice for that or a charge may apply) while the den offers a very comfortable Queen Murphy wall bed. There is a pull out couch in the livingroom. The main floor also features a large bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and a large living room and dining area. The Suite offers a private rooftop patio complete with a six-person hot tub as well as a balcony on the main floor equipped with a barbecue. We offer guests free WiFi as well as access to the heated indoor swimming pool, waterslide and Habitat Restaurant & Bar located on the main floor of the building. The suite comes with two secured parking spaces in the heated underground parkade, in-suite laundry, TVs, private barbecues and comfortable patio furniture on both the main floor balconies and rooftop patios. We do not allow pets and the suite is a smoke-free environment.

***Please note the Techno steam shower in the main floor bathroom is getting a little bit old, and we cannot guarantee its continued performance. The shower will work as a regular shower, but the remote and additional functions may not work. We are in the process of replacing the showers. Thank you for your patience and understanding.***

Guest Access

Guests have full access to all parts of the home.
Please note that this property is not wheelchair accessible and guest will need to use stairs once inside the suite. There is an elevator adjacent to the underground heated parking spots so getting luggage to the room is easy. It's just that the suite itself has stairs.

Don't forget to check out the indoor/outdoor pool, water slide, and children's pool/fountains on the main floor (especially if you travel with children).
Guests also have access to a shared gym (small but well equipped) on the second floor.

Interaction with Guests

I give my guests space but am available when needed. We have an excellent onsite team to assist you. If for some reason, they are not available, you can (almost always) reach us on your cell anytime. We have a guidebook of recommended activities and restaurants. Please let us know if you’re looking for something specific or need more information.


The Neighbourhood

Canmore is a fantastic little town full of indoor and outdoor activities! it's much less touristy and crowded than Banff (10-15 minutes away), but (in our opinion) has much better restaurants and amenities.

Main Street is a fun walk with lots of great shops. Don't miss Elevation Place, Canmore's community centre. Take the kids there and watch them learn to rock climb. The self-repelling system means they will stay safe and be able to push their limits. We've seen kids as young as 2 years old climbing there.

Getting Around

The suite comes with two heated underground parking stalls very close to the elevator. Taxis are available in Canmore.The Suite offers a spacious private rooftop patio complete with a six-person hot tub as well as a balcony on the main floor equipped with a barbeque.

Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM and checkout is before 11:00 AM.

Air-conditioned accommodations at this condo offer private pools and fireplaces. Rooms open to balconies. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils.

Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations and hair dryers. Televisions come with DVD players. Additionally, rooms include coffee/tea makers and irons/ironing boards.

An indoor pool, an outdoor pool, and a spa tub are on site. Other recreational amenities include a fitness center.
