Welcome to your ultimate getaway at Kingston Foreshore. Enjoy a contemporary space, a fully equipped kitchen, a private sunroom, and car stacker parking. Ideally situated near exquisite dining, charming cafes, and serene lakeside vistas for an unforgettable stay. You can access all the property\`s amenities throughout your stay. Please read our listing thoroughly to find answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). BEDROOM: The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you\`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to: \- stovetop \- microwave \- oven \- crockery and cutlery \- integrated dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has Samsung 65\` TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don\`t provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer as well as iron and ironing board are available to use. COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the building\`s nearby park, lake access, and Common Garden / Courtyard throughout your stay. The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm availability of common areas. NOTE: Please be advised that the Barbeque Area and Rooftop is currently unavailable for use. PARKING: The car space is a car stacker, and you will need to use the key to access your car space. There are instructions on the wall next to the car space where you will need to insert the key. Please make sure you park on the lower car space (garage clearance height 2.2m). Note that there is free street time-limited parking. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge. I am available mostly through booking platform messaging, but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me. I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. By Car: Central locations like Kingston Foreshore, Lake Burley Griffin, and Manuka Shopping Precinct are just a few minutes away by car. Public Transport: Bus stops are nearby, offering easy connections to other parts of Canberra, with stops just a short walk from the apartment. Walking: Enjoy scenic walks around the Kingston Foreshore, with lakeside views and parks within walking distance. Ride-Sharing: Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area for a quick and hassle-free trip to nearby attractions or restaurants. Whether you\`re exploring the local area or heading further into Canberra, getting around from this location is both simple and efficient. Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided. 1\. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am. 2\. I have a STRICT \`No Pets Policy\` except for service or emotional support animals and \`No Smoking Policy\`. These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning. 3\. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50). 4\. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel. 5\. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you\`re a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear. 6\. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule. 7\. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don\`t stock the refrigerator or provide any meals. 8\.
