Gîtes à Arrêt Canal à Clark

« I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay at Degas House in New Orleans. The property was in unacceptable condition, with apparent mold, cockroaches, excessive dust, and a persistent musty, deteriorated smell. I have photographs documenting these conditions. The owner's conduct was also deeply concerning. His text messages and interactions with me were inappropriate, intimidating, and unprofessional. His behavior toward my daughter and cousin was also aggressive and made us feel uncomfortable...

« Great property and excellent communication when an issue rose with entry codes. »

« Loved the room. Great location (a bit of walking is involved which is normal). AMAZING bathroom. »

« The property is just as described. It is centrally located and close to everything you will need. Shops, restaurants, bars, the French Quarter. We had a car but it wasn’t needed and it sat in the parking lot most the time. It was easier to walk or travel by streetcar and/or bus and a lot cheaper than uber. We bought a jazzy pass for 8 and it was all we really needed for transportation. The host was great and very responsive. As the listing states, you can hear your neighbors and although there...

« Clean, roomy and close enough to walk to the action of Burbon Street. »

« This was a lovely house that was perfect for our group. It was very nice how close it was to everything. We walked to dinner and bars at night, which made group coordination so much easier. Rob was very accommodating. We'd stay here again! »

« Cute apartment, very good location and accurate description. »

« Very clean, great layout , fantastic location. »

« We came for a bachelorette party and loved that each room had a bathroom!! Our host was very communicative. Any questions or concerns were very quickly addressed. Check-in and check-out were super smooth and we felt comfortable in the space! »

« The location was perfect for our stay! We celebrated our wedding weekend and hosted our bridal party to stay in the house and (approved) welcome party! We loved that everyone was able to stay all together in one place. And being walking distance to the quarter and Frenchman we were in a perfect spot for everyone to find something fun to do or good to eat!! 100% recommend. But definitely book EARLY because it gets booked quick. The host was awesome and super easy to communicate with. »

« Comfortable, quiet and great hosts. »

« The host was great about communicating with me for any questions I had. The house is absolutely beautiful. We had plenty of room for everyone in our group. The pool area offered a quiet place to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing around New Orleans. »

« Overall it was a great stay. The only thing that I could say about the place was that it was very humid and the humidity smell was all around the apartment/rooms. Maybe looking into a bigger dehumidifier. Besides that everything was great. Location was great and the host responded to any concerns very quickly. »

« Great property location, 3 blocks from Bourbon Street! David was an amazing host, responded to all messages quickly. Just wish there were more windows in the apartment. But overall 5 stars!! »

« Great space for a family and near so many things. Very clean and spacious. »

« Great place for our retreat with a group of nine people. Easy check in/out, clean, and comfortable rooms and common spaces. »

« Rooftop pool is excellent, with a view of the Quarter and Canal St. Nice place in a converted furniture warehouse with a very convenient bar downstairs. On the edge of the Quarter, so not right in the heart of that experience, but less than two blocks to Saenger, Joy, oyster houses and several good restaurants. Parking deck straight across street. »

« We enjoyed every bit of our stay- I can’t recommend this property enough!!! »

« Our stay was fantastic. Very clean. Very safe. Within walking distance to French quarter. Our host was very responsive and proactive. Would absolutely stay here again. »
