"This newly renovated property was clean and in a great location! The only markdown we have would be for the complications associated with accessing the property. Parking was terrible due to construction (not the fault of the property owner) and it was difficult to ascertain which property was even our rental. Overall, an AMAZING property that I’m sure we’ll return to in the future."

"Everything was very clean and just as pictured. No A/C, but turns out it wasn’t needed due to cool ocean air. We could walk to the beach and boardwalk easy enough, even though there was a lot of construction in the area. We stayed in to cook some of the time, and everything needed was there. My only complaint is I would have preferred to communicate via text instead of email. Otherwise it was a great place and we would go back!"

It is walking distance from a park (perfect for my 18 month son), the ocean, and so many fun local spots. Marcus is also the absolute best host. He always responded right away if we needed anything and overall made us feel very welcome. I cannot recommend this space enough. If you are looking for somewhere to stay while in incredible Santa Cruz, look no further!"

We met owners (relatives) when we arrived and they were so helpful, sharing that there was an elevator I could use since I had just had surgery. Plenty of room for the family of 5. Outdated furniture that needs serious cleaning, but we looked out the front windows and all was forgiven! We’d stay here again."
