The rental is fully stocked. My only suggestion for renters is to bring water with them or a type of filter if you need filtered water to drink. But the tap water is fine honestly. But that doesnt take away from thr rest of the rental The check in process was so quick and easy. The manager met me at the lobby and walked me to the parking spot and to the room. The manager was polite friendly and just so sweet. He let me know to call or text if I needed anything at all. I had to change my check in time due to traffic and the host was very prompt with responding back and understanding. Will definitely book with this host in the future. Had a great week at the property in Santana Row. The location was ideal, right in the heart of Santana Row restaurants and retail. Easy on/off and access to 280 and 880 coming out of the (secure) parking garage, and 85 only a couple of miles away (huge unanticipated benefit!).
