I had arrived at Cobblestone Inn, ready to check in after a day of traveling, only to be told my reservation had been cancelled, they had no rooms to rebook me, and they could not help me in any way. Expedia was great about refunding my money, which I appreciated. »

« Bad breakfast »

« Our stay for one night was fine, but it's a rather tired hotel. You can just tell by little things like dirty hallways with old carpet, a wobbly toilet, and old furniture,that it's been around awhile. »

« Staff was courteous upon arrival. The room was clean and had comfortable bedding. The hotel and the surrounding properties felt safe. A small hot breakfast of pre-made eggs, sausage, potatoes, and a make your own waffle was included. »

« I hated the fact that it looked as though the Bedsheets and pillows weren’t laundered. Impossible to reach anyone at the front desk to address the issue. There was someone else’s hair on the pillows. Stains on the sheets and towels in the bathroom. The carpet in the room was also dirty and grungy as if it had never been cleaned in its life. Never will I stay here again. »

« Pool was closed for a couple of hours and elevator broke when we were there. They were able to get the elevator fixed fairly quickly. Great location for what we needed and room was clean. »
