« This is a good hotel I've stayed at before. The location is great, the rooms are nice, and I ordinarily would give it all 5s. But there are some things hotel management needs to address. First, the lobby should be clean. But it is not being cleaned regularly if at all. The floor in the lobby seating area is not swept - there are crumbs and scraps of paper all over the floor. « The room was very clean. I was surprised and disappointed. I hadn’t brought my slippers because I did not know it was a non-carpeted surface, which made it cooler to the person walking barefooted. The staff that I met was superb! Even the housekeeper made an effort to understand what I wanted and very kind about it. I received two tasks to make sure I knew to contact them if needed.
