« Great spot just east of everything you’d want to do in DC. Well appointed kitchen if you want to cook your own food but incredibly quick access to the subway. Trader Joe’s and some amazing restaurants are 2 stops away on the subway and all the major sights are 5 or 6 stops away. Park here and don’t drive the entire time you’re in DC! »

« This was the 2nd time we've stayed in Joe's loft-and it won't be the last! It is lovely, had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. Joe's access directions were easy to follow, he responded promptly to communications, and the loft was spotless and beautiful! Thank you for sharing! »

Parking wasn't always easy to find, but it wasn't terrible either.One thing to note is that the futon shown in the listing has been replaced with a couch and chaise lounge, which wasn't the most comfortable for sitting.I would recommend doing your research on the neighborhood before booking to make sure the location fits your plans and comfort level. « The carriage house was fantastic, my daughters and wife loved the feel and decor. We were passing through Annapolis on the way home from vacation and decided to visit overnight. We would have gladly stayed longer if I did not have commitments. The home had everything we needed, was as described and was even nicer than the photos. « Very clean and only a 9 min drive to the jfk stadium. There was some walking sounds upstairs but that was to be expected and it wasn't bad. The history responded to my questions and the room was very clean. Towels and sheets were provided and clean. »
