« appartement agréable, pouvant proposer 9 couchages, nous étions 7 personnes dont 1 enfant, pour les repas c'était un peu compliqué, il n'y avait pas de table et seulement 4 tabourets devant le bar. Nous avons constaté qu'il manquait un peu d'ustensile de cuisine. Bonne literie, appareils ménagers et électro ménagers en bons états. »

« Very seamless experience and the apartment is very well-located in Russian Hill with all the necessary amenities. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. For example, the microwave went out and within an hour he had ordered a new microwave that shipped directly to us within a day. Nothing bad to say at all. »

« I didn’t get check in information until I landed and had to head to the place. In the checkin information the owner informed us that they own the bar below and it can get loud so has placed ear plugs in the room. If I had known this info earlier I would not have booked. We had several nights of the worst sleep of my life. Besides that the location was good and the host amicable. »

« I stayed at Brian’s place in the Mission for nine weeks and it was perfect. There are lots of great restaurants and shops on Valencia. Easy and safe to talk to and from the train that’s just a few blocks away. The property itself is fairly spacious, well equipped, and very clean. Brian was very prompt in his responses to any inquiry I had. At one point there was an issue with the dryer and he had someone out to fix it the very next day. I would definitely stay here again in the future! »

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. The unit was very comfortable for our family of 4.
