Disappointing stay

I stayed at this hotel in the past and was impressed. It has gone down since. I will not stay here again. Room was too warm, no shower pressure, room key did not work.

We stayed @ this hotel on Feb. 7th. WE booked this hotel because it had a shuttle to & from the airport. We found out on our way to the hotel on the shuttle that we couldn't take the shuttle the next morning because it was booked. So unfortunately we had to take a cab to the airport. The hotel didn't try to compensate us for this added cost of $25.00.

Thanks Norm for the feedback. I apologize for the issue with the shuttle and will follow up with the team. as most hotels in the area we have the shuttle running on a continuous basis and if we have a pick up time full on a first come basis should then offer the earlier or later option. Regards.

First time stay

Pros: # 1 the food. # 2 you actually can control the temperature in your room. # 3 the pictures on the walls.
Cons: The staff were all polite, efficient, and professional but they need a bit of training in customer contact/interaction. Rubber tub mats required.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of food compared to other Calgary airport shuttle hotels ( I have stayed in most of them multiple times over 20 years). We would certainly stay again, not just because of the food, but for the general comfort and pleasantness as well.

Nice stay

Pros: Friendly
Always a friendly place to stay close to thr airport, Stay here because they let used to let us park our car there free. Last year it was parked there for four Months. Now they charge $5 a day..but I still think it's reasonable. Came back to biting cold, stayed overnight with the car cozy warm underground.

Don't count on the shuttle for an airport pick up

I was told the wait would be 30 mins but ended up taking a taxi after waiting over 90 mins. Book the shuttle far in advance if you want timely service. The shuttle experience returning to the airport was on time and the driver courteous and friendly

Very disappointed

Upon arrival we were charged more for a king room. We couldn't get our coffe machine in room to work no repair people or solution. Ordered coffe in the morning was charged 18 dollars for a pot of coffee

Nice hotel & pet friendly

I read some negative reviews but my stay was very nice. The room was clean, comfortable and had a lovely coffee maker. I had a pet friendly room and made use of the shuttle which was 24/7 and on time. Staff were friendly. I enjoyed my stay and would visit again. Good value for money for a short stay.

It's ok for what it is. Not worth the price. The location is strange and little further from the airport than expected. The hallways were dirty and the room was mediocre at best.

In regards the location we are a little longer travel time to the airport due to the City of Calgary road works on Metis Trail. This should be completed soon and we will have again quick access to the airport.
