Decent

Good for the price. Small pool and hot tub! No snacks at the vending machines. Be prepared to walk to the Husky 4 blocks. Not bad. Daltons is minimal staff but decent food.

Ideal for the price

Clean rooms, hallways are a bit noisy. There are only soft drink vending machines so if you need snacks you will have to walk 2 blocks to the closest convenience store. Dalton's reataurant within the hotel was very good and decently priced. Small pool and hottub but clean. I would stay again.

Nice hotel close to the airport

My wife and I have stayed in this hotel many times. We like having a restaurant in house. My only complaint is the tv programming. It's supplied by Shaw. Some channels are all snow. No guide. The aspect ratio is set to wide so even skinny people look fat. We've stayed in hotels that use telus optic which is the perfect television experience

Flew in to Calgary for the evening, quiet, clean place & plenty of space in room. Can't beat the price either

Alright hotel for the price.

We booked 2 nights in this hotel.(Calgary airport) There was a stain on our bed sheet, and the bathroom was outdated and gross. We were looking forward to the hot tub and stopped to buy swim suits on our way there but what a surprise the hot tub was closed. It looked like it had been closed for a while. Alright hotel for the price, for a few days. But I would have rather spent the extra few bucks and stayed somewhere else.

Decent Room but not Friendly Staff

Good room but natural staff who do not smile or help with any requests. The management does not make guest service a high priority. When my items were lost the staff were not willing to help.

Nice hotel close to downtown

Dated and not what I paid for

Pros: Clean
Cons: Ensure what is paid for is received. Since we paid via expedia, they could not discount us for the inconvenience.
We paid for 2 queen beds but upon checkin they only had one queen and one hide-a-bed available. If you've ever slept on a hide-a-bed, they are terribly uncomfortable. We had to request pillows and comforter for the hide-a-bed as the room did not have any. The hotel is very dated but was clean. It's a good 15-20 minutes from the airport with many others much closer. We wouldn't pick this location in the future.
