(An example is a balcony door that wouldn't quite close, letting in a few mosquitos.) Breakfast is okay--the rooftop dining area is nice. Don't be fooled by the exterior as the interior was neatly decorated and the rooms were nice. The manager was super helpful as we needed last minute accommodations due to PCR travel requirement issues we were facing. He checked in with us and was very informative and well spoken. Just based on his customer service alone, I highly recommend the hotel. The rooms were decent, well kept, and the beds were comfy. We were told that the police had said that my Egyptian friend who I had been traveling with for the previous 2 weeks and whose family was like my family for 5 years in Luxor and I could not occupy a room together under threat of being jailed. We had stayed at this same hotel the year before without incident, and then the hotel charged much more money and made us stay in single rooms at opposite ends of the hotel. The room I had booked wasn’t available so they booked me into something else with a promise to change room which never happened. Breakfast was very poor and in a unclean environment served on dirty platters so wasn’t inviting at all. I was very disappointed with the hotel after such a beautiful and culture rich city. Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 3. L’état de la chambre était correct mais pas avec vue. Les matelas étaient confortables mais la literie comportaient quelques taches. Le frigo est resté sale tout le séjour. Le petit déjeuner était bon et agréable sur la terrasse. Il faut quand même insisté pour le ménage , pour le savon et de nouvelles serviette. L’hôtel est en plein centre ville donc facile d’accès. La climatisation fonctionne parfaitement mais pas la TV. Superbe accueil, qui nous mets à l’aise et nous propose rapidement plusieurs activité. Très disponible pour nous renseigner , nous aider notamment pour toute les informations liées à la compétition. C’est un bon hôtel pour y aller entre potes quelques jours.
