"DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. Day one, we were out of our room from 7:30am to 9pm. They picked up ALL of our towels, but did not replace ANY of them. When we went to the desk to inquire, we were told the clerk needed to call the manager. What? To get some towels (that they took). We were treated like we were thieves. We were told that they hadn’t replaced the towels because we were resting. WTH? We weren’t even in the room all day. No other room service or anything; no bed made, sweeping, nothing. Day two, we were out of the room from 8:30am to 8pm. No one even came into the room. No new towels, no bed made, no cleaning of any sort. Once again, when we went to the front desk to inquire we were told that they would have to call the manager. ?? Again, we had to ask for clean towels. We were told that none of the staff showed up that day. Day three, we finally got our room cleaned, after contacting the front desk. Very poorly run hotel. There are plenty of other options for accommodations nearby. Also, the only amenity is a very small pool, which is out or order, and we were told it will soon be filled in. The only positive is that the hotel is located close to restaurants, a major highway, and Walmart. Choose wisely!!"

"The staff was amazing and friendly when we checked in. I was not aware of the 5:30 happy hour that included food and adult beverages (3 per adult). Monday was BBQ pork sliders plus hot dogs and a nacho bar. That was a pleasant surprise after a long day of traveling. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Traveling with family."

"first 2 nights our smoke detector chirped all night and i reported it asap that first morning, i was told it would be looked at, we came back to the hotel and didnt notice anything, but was woken up several times so finally around 4am i went to the desk and told them and was told he would report it but nothing he could do for me. That next morning i asked the front desk guy if anything was said and he said no and wanted to know if i was in the same room still. ( well yeah nobody offered anything else) so then the 3rd night our toilet wasnt flushing and i went to the desk and asked for a plunger and the guy told me they didnt have one and that he would get ahold of maintenance, but it wouldnt be right away and once again nothing he could do for me, so we went the rest of the night and that next morning without a toilet. When i checked out (early) because we had to go somewhere to use the bathroom, he said the night shift guy never said a thing to anyone and that there was infact a plunger on a cart i couldve used and again sorry but nothing they could do for me. so i paid for a hotel that kept us up 2 nights all hours and then one night without working plumbing. They also set the fire alarm off checking systems which had the fire department out there up and down the hallways (im not complaining about the fire department, im glad they are so prompt) want to mention as well i was messaging the hotel with the issues on top of turning them in to the front desk"
