« The hotel lobby, reception and dining area was good. It's a big hotel and conveniently located. The room where I stayed was spacious. However there are a few issues which if resolved can really improve the rating. The bathroom needs renovation. Not a major one but it needs a good upgrade. The linen needs to be completely replaced with new ones. Then ones provided were dirty or seemed dirty. I got the pillows replaced. The replacement ones weren't too clean either. Someone really needs to look at...

« I stayed at this hotel for a week and overall had a decent experience. Most of the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, which I appreciated. However, there were a couple of uncomfortable interactions that impacted my stay. « when arrived at the property with my 2 young children. there would not accommodate the room i had booked due to booking via expeida. The manager was not happy with what i had paid. he mentioned that there were having trouble with expeida and was not getting paid from them. i explained i had booked via them and have paid. i was shower a double bed room when i had paid for a family room. when threatened them saying i’m calling the police. i was then given another room which still was not family.tv...
