« It wasn’t disappointing, just kind of “meh” — nothing special, but for the price I didn’t expect much more. Beds weren’t very comfortable and there weren’t enough outlets to charge phones or laptops. We arrived at 5:40, but apparently if you get there after 5:30 you have to let them know ahead of time. I wish that information had been better communicated, as we ended up waiting a while for an employee to help us. »

« This is a great place to stay and for a fair price. The staff has been great and attentive to anything that I’ve requested. I wish they had a breakfast and a few amenities for guests but all around a decent place to stay with the family. »

« When we arrived, the room hosted a couch that we thought was eaten by a rodent. It's fake leather and we have been told that all furniture suffered from Covid alcohol rubbing for disinfecting. But c'mon, this is a Double Tree and it's 2024, four years after Covid, the brand can afford to replace this, it's not a Motel 6. So now way, not up to Hilton standards. »

« Pros: Room service came by every day and it did have beds. Cons: The Pool was closed down, green and it didn't look like they had any intention of ever getting it back in order. My kids were not happy and neither were we because we were told that there was one there when we booked. The Internet was TERRIBLE! The connection was so poor it dropped constantly and wouldn't load anything during brief moments of connection. I had to buy more data on my carrier which cost me more than it should...
