Oak Tree Cottage is the perfect holiday home for friends and family to relax and enjoy quality time together. This semi-detached annexe has been recently renovated in 2022 with comfort in mind. Briefly comprising a cosy living room with Sky TV, it also has a large open plan kitchen/dining room, the perfect place to plan your days’ activities or enjoy a local takeaway. One double bedroom can be found on the ground floor, and upstairs is a further double bedroom, a twin room and a family bathroom consisting of a walk-in shower. Outside, an enclosed outside space awaits summer activities and is a great place for the children and dogs.  
  
Oak Tree Cottage lies in a beautiful, rural location and is ideally situated to visit Manchester, Blackpool and the Yorkshire Dales, all of which area within an hour’s drive. With plenty of walks, cycle routes and train destinations you’re sure to be back for more! A warm welcome will always await you at Oak Tree Cottage.
