"Stay would’ve been OK except for they charged two different credit cards for our length of stay. Pretty much impossible to get a hold of the manager to help the situation since he is never there. We also checked out early due to sickness, I had to contact Expedia to see about reimbursement for one night. They said they would get a hold of me within 48 hours and I have not heard from them either. Unless I hear back from somebody, I will definitely not use Expedia ever again. I’ve never had this problem with other 3rd party websites. Room was clean it’s a nice hotel,but not a $1400 for 4 nights hotel. "

"I stayed for 4 days 5/20-5/24. Upon arrival, my sheets were dirty, as well as the countertops, windows and shower floor. I asked for a new room and was unable to switch due to being “overbooked”. The ice machine on the 2nd floor did not work so I had to keep doing to the lobby for ice. EVERY SINGLE DAY my key card would stop working and I would have to go downstairs to reactivate it (and no it was no where near my phone to deactivate itself). The continental breakfast was not so continental..half cooked sausages and stale muffins. No complimentary waters in the rooms, although it is nice to have a mini fridge in the room. The mattress was very uncomfortable. I can feel every spring in my back and the frame of the bed in hallow and very noisy. I had to get an extra comforter just to add some extra comfort. Overall not a bad sleep for maybe a night or two but I wouldn’t do anything longer than that!"

"I got there about 11pm and it took a few rings of the bell for them to come out and check me in. Once I got my key, I had to drive to behind the man building and it was kind of hard to see because there were no signs or street lights. Once I got into my room I was hit with an overwhelming smell of fabuloso cleaner. This is usually a sign of a clean space but it felt overkill for the room to still be so untidy. As someone with sensitive lungs this REALLY made it hard to sleep. I ended up having to sleep with my shirt over my nose and keep my entire head under the covers. As for the room overall, I found it odd that there is a nightstand between the 2 beds but no outlet. The only outlets are on opposite walls of the beds so you would need an extension cord to use any of them for charging your phones as you sleep. As for the cleanliness of the room, the overall smell made you think it was clean but when you really looked there was still toothpaste on the mirror, dirty handprints on the doors and dirt/crumbs in the corners. The price and proximity of this motel to an event I was attending were the enticing factors that lead me to book it and in all honesty if the cleaner was used a little more with purpose and not as overbearing I would possibly book again, but most likely would not again."
