You will be just minutes from a white sandy beach and crystal clear sea like Sa Capannizza, Porto Ainu or Sant'anna. All the beaches in the area offer various amenities such as pedal boating, canoes, beach umbrellas and chairs, bars and restaurants.
The house has 2 spacious double bedrooms, a bathroom, an open plan lounge and kitchenette. The large covered terrace will allow you to relax and enjoy the sunset overlooking the sea. Even the garden with a large marble table will be ideal for barbecues or relaxing under the shade of trees or sunbathing. Ideal for children because of the fully enclosed garden.
The villa is tastefully decorated following the traditional Sardinian style.
The rental price includes water, electricity and gas. Clean sheets, pillowcases, pillows and blankets will also be provided. At an additional cost of 10 euros per person, you can rent a set of towels (bidet, face and shower). It is important that you order the towels at least 2 weeks before the arrival time.
The washing machine is available in the house for every need.
Air conditioning is present in the living space whilst in the rooms there are ceiling fans.

An extra bed can be provided on request at a cost of 10 euros per day.
Upon arrival the house will be clean and tidy. Renters will be liable for any damage that is not related to the normal use of objects, furniture or facilities inside the home.
