"This was a beautiful property to stay in. It was a bit difficult locating the exact home and there is no identifying information on the street or the home. The owner and property manager were fast to answer. We experienced problems with the air conditioning. It only in 1 small living area. "Pros: Das Haus ist frisch renoviert und sehr modern, es war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man so braucht in einer Ferienwohnung. Die Lage des Hauses ist toll, ruhig mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Ich habe jeden morgen den Sonnenaufgang bei einem guten Kaffee genossen. Man braucht aber ein Auto da das Haus etwas ausserhalb des Dorfes liegt. Es hat zwei schöne Strände in der Nähe. "Das Haus liegt sehr schön in einem Villenviertel auf dem Hügel mit super Aussicht auf das Meer und die Isla Tavolara. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und beheimatet 4 Schildkröten. Immer aufpassen bevor man losfährt -) Sie liegen gerne im Schatten unter dem Auto. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet alles was man braucht um tolle erholsame Ferien zu verbringen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :-) Die Schneidemesser in der Küche könnten schärfer sein."

"Pros: Die Villa Maria liegt wunderbar direkt an einem großen Sandstrand. Eigentlich sogar an mehreren, die sich direkt aneinanderreihen. Wir waren im April da und es war absolut tote Hose (genau das wollten wir aber auch!). An den meisten Tagen hatten wir diese wahnsinnigen Strände komplett für uns. "Pros: Das Haus die Anlage wirklich sauber und gepflegt. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Geschirr,Pfannen und alles andere ausreichend vorhanden. Cons: Leider ein Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster und man musste durch ein Schlafzimmer davor durch. Bei dem Preis finde ich persönlich 20 € für Bettwäsche und nochmals 20 € für Handtücher zuviel."

"The resort location is remote with not too much other options ion the area. the beach area was very nice and comfortable. The food at the buffet was not very good and there was little to do at night. were the close to the end of season and the resort was shutting down so that may have a lot to do with the lack of options. "The outside communal areas were clean and functional with good views of the mountains, the pools were clean and well maintained. The rooms were tired and could do with an upgrade. The female bar staff were somewhat surly, but the male staff were friendly. The all inclusive system was a challenge in itself and could do with being streamlined! Overall though a nice week was had, but will not be returning. "

"We had an excellent two week stay at the Club Hotel Marina Seada Beach. The hotel is very attractive with all buildings blending sympathetically into the surround pine forest. There were crickets / cicadas singing when we went which added to the ambience. The whole hotel was immaculate. The rooms were well furnished and comfortable, and the cleaning staff did a great job every day. Food was excellent both in terms of choice and quality, and all the chefs did a great job. One could have a whole meal with the antipasti alone, let alone the choice of pasta dishes and meat / fish. There was an abundance of all sorts of fresh fruit at every meal. The beach and sea were lovely, with warm, clear water all the way down to several metres. The sea was very suitable for children with it being calm for almost all of our stay. There was some seaweed when we went (end July, start of August) but nothing that spoilt the swimming. There is also another beach a short walk through the pine forest which was equally as good. The recreation in the hotel was good with tennis, petanque, mini golf (5 holes) and table tennis on offer. We quite appreciated that the equipment was left out for all to use with no need to book or ask reception for the gear. The only bit of improvement was that playground area could do with some renovation. All staff were very kind and diligent and were only eager to help."

"I visited the resort with my wife and my son (15yo). The resort is nice, the architecture is characteristic, small houses and not a big building. The room was too small for three persons. No gym (one treadmill out of order and few weights). The Valtur animation was good (good shows after dinner and activities during the day for teenagers). The beach (5-7 minutes walking) was too crowded, just a small area reserved to the resort. Two nice swimming pools, but they close at 6pm. The food was average, not bad but not really good. The worst part was the "All inclusive" concept, it was quite vague. Just soft drinks were included, no cocktails (7-10 Euro each), and even more strange, Coke was included but Diet Coke was not. Not recommended for people visiting expecting a real All-Inclusive. "
