VILLA CANNAS, recently built (2022), is a romantic and luxurious villa for those who love to treat their partner or family to unforgettable moments!
It features a beautiful saltwater pool that tones and improves your skin.
The small beach-like area at the pool entrance is perfect for enjoying drinks in the water. Adjacent to the pool entrance, you’ll find a convenient outdoor shower with hot water. A magnificent barbecue with an adjacent sink makes your stay even more enjoyable, allowing you to prepare fabulous dinners using fresh herbs from the garden. A beautiful green lawn surrounds the villa, creating a soothing effect on the soul, and is perfect for playing with loved ones.
The villa was built in a setting surrounded by nature, with exterior and interior finishes that blend local and modern styles. The furnishings are modern and practical.(see photos)
The shaded veranda makes the time spent at the villa truly invigorating; in fact, in addition to the comfortable dining table, it also features a beautiful sitting area (with a backgammon table). Together, these elements create a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere for unforgettable vacations. Equipped with all amenities, including beach toys and a beach umbrella for guests’ use. From the magnificent veranda, every morning upon waking, you can enjoy the magnificent view of Tavolara while savoring breakfast.
The villa is ideally located for visiting the beautiful beaches along Sardinia’s eastern coast, both to the north and to the south, as well as the magnificent inland areas with their customs, traditions, and excellent cuisine. Just a 5-minute walk away is the magnificent Sant’Anna beach with its stunning pine forest.
For culture lovers, archaeological sites and museums are nearby.
Our guests greatly appreciated the villa’s location. In fact, it allowed them to visit stunning beaches and coastlines, leaving them truly satisfied with their vacation.
All amenities—such as grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and pizzerias—are very close by and within walking distance.
The villa is only 25 minutes away from both the airport and the seaport of Olbia.
Villa Cannas makes its guests’ arrival very comfortable. In fact, they don’t have to worry about basic necessities, as they’ll find a variety of food and beverages on hand.(In this regard, the host contacts guests to accommodate their personal dietary needs.)
Summer 2023 was our first experience, and we must say that we are pleased with how much our guests appreciated the property; this has encouraged us to continue offering the same standard of comfort and to keep improving. One of the many positive aspects was the hygiene, cleanliness, and orderliness of the property. We will continue to maintain this standard because we believe guests should feel at ease. In this regard, the final cleaning fee of 140 euros is paid upon arrival or via PayPal by the guests. The sheet and towel kit, including a beach towel, costs 20 euros per person.
Our property can accommodate 4 people, and if a family consists of 5 members—including a child up to 3 years old—we’ll provide a comfortable crib and a high chair for the table at no additional cost.
