"This is an exceptional hotel. The rooms and views are stunning. The mini bar and room service are amazing! The staff is friendly and the parking is reasonably priced. The only feedback I have is they were closing the pool early that day, and it was one of the reasons we chose to stay there. Other than that - no notes!"

"Staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Gave us a really nice corner room. It was very quiet and easy to get good rest on our trip! Very walkable, close to subway stations, coffee shops, etc. We checked out things all over NYC and it was a good central home base. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to NYC!"
