NO PETS, NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING INSIDE PLEASE! If you like quiet, unpretentious living then this accommodation is for you. This 2 bedroom, air-conditioned, large apartment (1200 ft² /110 m²) is located in the village of Britannia Beach, only 45 minutes driving distance away from downtown Vancouver. Stay close to everything what the city of Vancouver has to offer, while enjoying the peacefulness and serenity of suburban living and outdoor activities of the Vancouver coast. The apartment includes spacious dining and living area, with a superb view of the Howe Sound and the mountain at the other side of the water. As a bonus, you can bask in the sun at the outside deck, or even have your all meals there. Both bedrooms have their own, separate full washrooms. Sleeping arrangement is for 6 people. The mine is great but the Historic Mill is incredible. This was built by hand in 1921 when the mine was only accessible by boat. It's in a stunning location and is used for the movie business. Apparently it takes over an hour to reach the top of the staircase and when it was first built there were no handrails. Take the tour and wander around the other exhibits for an hour or so. The location is great for being safe, quiet and close to Squamish. The unit itself shares a foyer with another tenant and knowing when to lock the front door was a little confusing. The house is older and could use a deep cleaning. It has a deep bathtub but not enough hot water to make it usable. The door to the deck is not working.
