« L’hôtel est très bien placé , avec un choix de restaurants proches très varié . All the staff were very welcoming and helpful, whether in the morning, evening, or at night. Le petit déjeuner était très varié et de très bonne qualité. Le thé et café à dispo à la réception comme ds la chambre est un service proposé très agréable. Le seul hic fut le matelas du canapé trop mince mais celui de la chambre parfait . Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel . »

"Hôtel merveilleux au cœur de San Francisco. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir la ville , situé proche du cable car. Le personnel est extrêmement courtois et accueillant. Check in et Check out rapide. Notre chambre était impeccable pour notre famille de quatre personnes. Peignoirs et chaussons à disposition. La piscine chauffée et jacuzzi avec vue sur la ville, est un gros plus. Dans un espace dédié à la propreté irréprochable. Si nous revenons à San Francisco, nous choisirons à nouveau cet hôtel sans hésitation. Je recommande fortement, l’hôtel Nikko. Le quartier est très agréable et aucun soucis avec les homeless."
