« Snack bags nice touch. Smell of soap. Soft mattress. Friendly staff. Things to do. »

« Unfortunately, the television had cable that included nothing local. NO news, local info, etc. No regular channels. All together a big waste!!! »

« Our second stay at the property. Our host thought of any items we would need for our stay, including snacks and coffee. This is now our place to stay when visiting family in Iowa. Thank you! »

« Easy to find and check in. The apartment was historic, and the art was beautiful. The place was clean, felt like home immediately, was well maintained, and kitchen and bathroom amenities were bountiful. Internet wifi was fast (I had to upload large video files and did so quickly). I appreciated the communication prior to check in, and the written instructions and local tips in the host's guide book. Downtown was a quick 8 minute walk and very safe for female traveling alone. « The house was well furnished with great kitchen supplies, bedding, a great shower, and lovely interior decorations. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the goats were very good at communicating.Highly recommend! »

« This is a wonderful place. It is a cozy but towering space. The loft has what feels like a secret cave into an even cozier space. There is a huge back deck overlooking a wonderful yard. Although this is a private apartment space in a large house holding multiple spaces, it felt like we were all alone. We loved it. Communication was friendly and simple. The hosts were very accomodating. We can't wait to come back :) »

« The property and room were very clean. The breakfast was good. A lot of options. The couple that work there are awesome. Very helpful and really go above and beyond. Give them both a raise!! »

« My stay at the Artist's Sweet Spot was excellent! Customer service from the hosts & owner was prompt. They got back to me quickly on all of my questions. Accessing the property was seamless too. I highly recommend this property! »

« The VRBO is a large penthouse loft. The decor was modern, luxurious, and comfortable. The VRBO has a rooftop hot tub and outdoor game and relaxing space. We enjoyed the large walk in shower. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Fairfield is an eclectic experience and this Penthouse is perfect. You'll enjoy your stay. »

« Accueil sympathique et rapide, chambre bien équipée, cet hôtel est très bien entretenu. Toutes les chambres étant occupées, je pense que l’adresse est déjà renommée. Bien qu’il est noté qu’il n’y a pas de petit déjeuner, celui-ci est bien proposé gratuitement et est très correct. »

« The free breakfast was crap. Wasn’t nothing but cereal, old toast and premade pancakes you had to microwave. »
